Efforting

Efforting to give life to our imagery, there can be no existence otherwise. Striving to 'forget', our imagination runs wild with concepts and ideas and we thereby become the servant of the those very same efforts. How convoluted must we become in order to thoroughly convince ourselves that we do not exist and yet live.

'Becoming' something requires us to deny our true nature. There are no magical formulas, processes or incantations that will eliminate the effort with which we busy ourselves in reaching our goal. The one and ONLY path of God is ceasing the effort otherwise. Expending effort to free ourselves of effort is convoluted and confusing, but to Master Mind, this can be advantageous.

Striving to get our attention we must sometimes play the same game. Using the mind to eliminate the mind is one such game.
