The Wave of the Future

The wave of the future is upon us and we are riding the crest. From our past actions, you may think that we have fallen into the abyss of no-return, but that is untrue. Reinventing ourselves is what we do best, and in these times of reorganization, our abilities, purposes and goals shine even more brightly. We have seen the darkness and it was us. We now see the light - and it is us, and the best is yet to come.

Our organization was built upon high ideals and purposes. We truly believed that force was needed to overcome the darkness so that others could see the light. That was a wrong assumption. What we have found is that only the truth needs to be told, nothing else.

The truth is that we are on the verge of greatness, each and every one of us, and that that greatness does not come from others, but from we ourselves. It lies there, waiting to be uncovered. It waits to be uncovered from the lies, pain and sorrow which we have heaped upon it.

That is what started us on the road to freedom, and that is what now keeps us there. Uncovering the truth is what clearing technology is all about. All else is secondary. Secondary includes all the insanity of the Policy Letters that were issued. We have faced the fact that these directives placed a via on the clearing technology line and wish to announce that efforts are now being directed towards eliminating this via.

Clearing technology can be delivered without the pressure, without the cheap marketing tricks, without the quantifying and qualifying all-mighty statistic. Efforting in roboticism rewards itself by more roboticism. Trying to quantify the truth only leads to rigid rules and regulations while at the same time ensuring that the truth becomes elusive.

We've played the numbers game, and we have lost.

As an organization, there are certain requirements that must be met. We are now in the process of determining exactly what those requirements are. When we have come to a final agreement as to what policies this organization actually needs, you can be assured that it will be in complete agreement with our goal of providing clearing technology and training.

All policies, directives, and orders are hereby held as suspect. Administrative functions and duties and to be regarded as being secondary to providing clearing technology and training. No longer will the administrative arm of our organization determining our future. The technology leads the way, and the people lead the technology.

Riding the crest of the wave requires an understanding of the creation of that wave. With your assistance, we can all "hang ten".
