Caught In The Web

The force of existence pushes us forward into areas of exploration not always welcomed. Searching, we discover that our existence lies within discovery itself. There is no existence outside of knowledge. Nothing exists outside of the mind.

Freedom from slavery is a time honored tradition, but freedom from self-imposed bonds is ludicrous. Who is freeing who? Imposing restraint, we seek relief, searching for ourselves within existence.

It's the wrong place. Searching outside of oneself creates the dream of reality and solidly places existence for our pleasure even though that pleasure is demonstrated through suffering. Caught in the web, the feast remarks "I am free."
