Protocol 671

Protocol 671 is in effect. Or was it Protocol 674? I'm not quite sure even though it is exact. It's not an either/or proposition but rather a suggestion as where to look.

This series of Protocols define a particular mode of operation. I don't really fancy 'modes of operation' because I'm just too much of a rebel to make such alignments, but there are some who require such. I understand that, hence the declaration - it is for those who require such. All others can simply turn the page to continue the reading of their material.

I enjoy a good game of strategy now and then because it tends to tell me something about... things. So this is about exactly that.
