If you follow it all 'till the end you will see a great example and summary of what is mentioned in the video including the so-called 'Stockholm Syndrome' along with the 'house Negroes' demonstrating their craft. We are all just so amazed at the skill, dexterity and absolute conviction employed by all - especially the illusive puppet masters. Well done!

I suppose the real message is that no one can free you but you yourself from the conditions you created in the first place. But that has always been my message. It's just nice to see it in eye candy style.
