A Sacred Cow is something which remains untouchable as a result of its being upheld as 'sacred' even though it may have absolutely nothing to do with spirituality.
Here at SacredCow.org quite the opposite approach is used. All those things which are deemed 'sacred' are examined, researched, exposed and explained. There is no specific goal or agenda at play here as anything and everything is examined so as to make it known that the Mind of Man is toubled indeed and therefore our only option is to Quest for Ourselves.
From heresay to corporate media, from inner knowledge to enforced public education, nothing escapes examination and exposure. The focus here is not on some specific ideology or way of thought, but on a much broader or global scale.
Whatever path the Earth is headed down nothing compares to our own inner Quest for the Self. In the face of Universal ideology this web site looks at it all without being in it all. Although this practice can be viewed as being quite dangerous in relation to those who wish otherwise, bowing to self-proclaimed masters is nothing less than death. Perhaps this is why salvery is so embraced by the people's of this planet.
From the far-out theories to the up and close reality of our times, nothing is sacred and ALL deserve a chance to open their eyes to the chains which hold them firm and bind them to the so-called 'powers that be'.
It's not about 'they' but about each of us. It's not about domination but about individual freedom. It's not about acquiring even more concepts, ideas and beliefs to live under but to unencumber oneself from the turmoil of the mind of man.
