There Is A Time And There Is A Place

Scientology is quite the interesting subject. It not only contains pitfalls and deathtraps which were newly created by the taken-over church, but it also contains an absolutely wonderful array of tools, tips and techniques for one’s spiritual growth. Personally, there is no attachment to any particular philosophy, religion or way of life but there is a great deal of interest in that which mirrors the truth of my own being. Scientology became a part of that truth a number of years ago and yet today it still has the potential and the ability to excite the harmonic tuning fork of truth. It rings and rings quite loudly along with the echoing vibratory effects which seems to bowl over whatever it is that comes before it.

But that is only for those whose awareness makes it so.

During a bout of administrative duties an article came up which brought the above to light - once again. It describes an aspect of spiritual behavior quite nicely which deals with the almost ‘natural’ ability of a spiritual being to run away or hide.

Coming to the water’s edge we bait the hook to see what will come our way today. Eagerly awaiting the purpose of life we sit for a spell and gaze into the far reaches of our imagination, seeking and yearning for the thing which exists just out of range - just out of the reach of our grasping and clutching hands. As we extend our attention beyond, we travel to the far reaches of space - and beyond.

Eventually we reach the boundaries of our existence and venture no further.

Reaching this stage in our evolutionary process takes a lot of time which of course requires an enormous amount of effort. Fishing is a sport after all and requires the exchange of experience, one upon the other.

Pinpointing our movement, we begin to rearrange the universe to our liking barely realizing that we have already done so. As we stare at the reflections upon the water of life we miss many a fish. It seems that there are much more than simply the one that got away.

As our attention comes to be moved away from our fixation we begin to entertain the thought that life exists every where we are, its shape and form perfectly suited to our own best interests. Interests? What interests could we possibly have other than sitting at the shore dreaming of the big catch of the day or at least conjuring up the glory of the one that got away. In either case it is ourselves that is the catch.

Sneaking up on ourselves we tend to pretend that we are something other than what we really are and in this pretension our foundational sense of being does not go away but becomes muted and reworked into being something completely different. As we separate our selves into the various parts of recognition we come to learn that in the loss of wholeness we become and in this narrow focus of attention we create the life we lead.

Creating a life and death experience in which to full-fill our goal of completion we eke out an existence time and time again ever yearning for complete understanding. Is one to understand the totality in which we find purpose and plan? Can one?

In creating individuality with which to pursue our many adventures we ultimately find that experience comes to take highest precedence. We are because we have created it to be so and in our selfish pride all that we see is me and oh what a beautiful sight are we! Through our own eyes we reign supreme as being the single most important thing in the Universe. Standing firm, we boldly go where no thought has gone before and as we fill up the echo chamber with our noise, we come to find meaning. Hearing ourselves think, our universe becomes populated with all that we desire.

In order to form a more perfect union what are the means to do so? What tools are available to mortal man which will enable him to overcome his own failings, his own sense of self-importance in order to rise above all else so that the Great Maker can be more fully embraced? What is one to do to move beyond conception and into a realm of reality where good deeds become common as well as noteworthy?

The mind of Man is suffering, of that there can be no doubt and just in case there is all one need do is to sit quite a quiet spell in some quiet place and listen to the presence of the Great Maker. If all that one hears is the roar of one’s own thoughts then the proof becomes self-evident. If all that one hears is the sound of the environment, then the same applies. If all that one hears is that which reaches the ears, then what more perfect bodily union can there be?

Where the spirit meets the flesh it is generally understood that the flesh becomes kind. Where those things of, for or by the body become supremely important then it is to that same degree that distance is created away from the Great Maker.

Of the rise and fall, the victimization of the ruling elite; is there any wonder that these too fall prey to those of greater self-esteem? The ladder does indeed rise above, way above the heads of commoners and elitists alike. Is there such a thing as an hierarchy which defines itself as being beyond the sight of mere mortal man?

Indeed there is and in this Universe of glory and glee there exists so much more than appearance, deception and greed.

Make no mistake, greed takes a number of forms in order to work it’s ‘magic’ upon the asleep and destitute but that doesn’t mean that one should bite into the apple of knowledge in order to live a full and complete life - a life experience where our busy little minds are sure to keep us occupied and ‘trouble-free’. If only there was such a thing.

Coming to terms with our own selfish endeavors requires one to be awake and aware of what the heck we are doing to both ourselves, and to the world at large. You see, occupation is so much more than just a state of mind. Given enough rope to hang ourselves we glorify in occupation both internally and externally. In seeing the world we work quite diligently to remake it into our own image of what we are. “Mirror, mirror upon the wall, is it not true that it is ‘I’ who is most fair and above all.”

Here, you will find a slightly edited version of the same which includes the removal of subheadings and various in-context notes. The purpose of this is to present the material in it’s raw form so as to allow the reader to follow original intent. This does not “add to” nor “take away” from the book and other sources, but simply presents the material in an as-close-to-original format as is possible which I find to be much more focused and meaning-full.

It takes a lot of time and effort to transcribe ‘live’ material and acknowledgement is duly noted to those individuals who undertook and completed that great endeavor. You would not be reading these without their selfless contribution.

There have been a few changes made to this website recently but that is nothing unusual. Things do change and about the only recourse we have is to swim with the tide - or fight against it.

Swimming with the tide doesn’t mean going along for the ride or doing as the herd does, what it means is to determine one’s own true course through this Universe, Sometimes this means that one will swim with the tide - or to be harmonious with the Universe, and at other times we require ourselves to stand firm with conviction. In this interplay of reach and withdraw we come to learn a great many things.

But that only happens when we are free of fixation.

Pain and suffering tells us of our imbalance while peace and joy points to something else entirely. For some, these pointers are a life-saver while for others there are no pointers at all - and that is where we are headed. There is no need of pointing when we remain as we really are - but don’t take my word for it, find out for your self. Take the time to rediscover the discovery that you are.

The information that I shared this morning, I am going to go over it again, briefly, because I went through it so quickly and some of you weren’t there.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule and coming to hear what I have to say. When I talk, I don’t like to talk in terms of re-hashing things that I have talked about for the last three or four years. So, with your permission, I would just like to move on to where I basically left off the last time. If you are looking for information, there is information on the internet. If you really want it, you can find it, because it’s out there.

wanted to talk about a couple things. I wanted to give you some history that has been shared with me. We’re going to deal pretty much with Jehovah and Nibiru, and I also want to talk to you about the Hopi prophecy, as well as my own thoughts about the Hopi prophecy. I also wanted to read you information from Morenae and Vissaeus themselves.

I want to start out by saying that I haven’t heard all the speakers here. I am sure they’ve all been great and have had something to contribute. In fact, all of you do as well. It’s great to come to some of these things and see the same people. But, ladies and gentlemen, I am just going to be blatantly honest here. You know, some of you have stories to tell, and some of you need to get off your butts and start talking yourselves. Our planet needs leaders, and a lot of us have made huge investments, thinking that our politicians are going to be the leaders, and that they are going to do the right things. The joke is on us, literally. They have really help to screw things up, and our apathy has compounded the problem.

Subsequent to the publication of the Ets and the Global Connection in Leading Edge #89, we did an interview with Alex Collier in order to ask some followup questions and try to gain further insight into the paradigm involved. The following is the result of our interview. - Val Valerian

Val: One question that arises as a result of analysis of the material in your Dallas lecture involves a further exploration of the concept of the magnetic color-sound frequency emanating from black holes. In your Dallas lecture, you said that this particular activity began a short time ago.

AC: I don’t know that I know much more than I’ve already said, but I’ll go through it again. According to Moraney, on March 23rd of 1994 a color and sound frequency apparently started emanating from the black holes. It is of such a high vibration that it is literally invisible to us. It is not, however, invisible to those in other dimensions or to those who are technologically advanced enough to be able to register this energy. Now, they have said all along that the universe that we physically see is only 21 billion years old. The space in which our universe is in, which is only one layer in many dimensions which they call “consciousness”, is a 21 trillion year old holograph. This new frequency which is coming out of the 3rd density black holes spans the entire range of the holograph of the universe, and its is literally creating a new holographic idea. They are calling this new holograph “the 12th”, and they have said to me that it is literally bringing all the dimensions together. Third density is beginning to implode on itself.

Val: How would you define and/or characterize the relationship between males and females in the Zenetaen society?

Alex: How would I characterize it? Now, understand that what I am giving you is only my impression from watching them interact when I was with them continuously for a period of three months. I would say that they are equal, and that they are treated as equals. I experienced a moment where there was a type of celebration in which one of their women, who I believe was about 470 years old, was leaving her assignment as part of an agricultural science group that developed new types of fruit and things for them to eat, because she wanted to become pregnant and raise a child. There was a celebration. Not all of the women do this, of course. Many of them decide to remain doing what they are doing in the position of creativity they are in, in terms of a “job” or “career”.

Val: In terms of the concept of a “relationship”, at least on the highest human level that you can conceive of….

The following material is a followup interview conducted with Alex Collier in regard to the Andromedan paradigm. Val: Perhaps it would be best to start with a general update from you, both on the planetary side and the extra-planetary/dimensional side.

AC: Well, let’s see…a planetary update. There are more reptilians than there were before. There are approximately 20 of the royal Draconian line in the planet at this time.

Val: The Ciakars?

AC: Yes. An underground facility was apparently built for them in the mountains in Madagascar. It is something that Moraney seemed very concerned about, because they don’t know exactly why the Ciakars are here….they usually don’t fight their own battles. On a galactic level, several humanoid colonies in the Hercules cluster have been admitted to the Andromedan Council.

Zen: Alex, the first question our readers will have is, your reason for silence.

Alex: My reason for silence…

Zen: You haven’t been on the radio for a while, no latest updates on the web site recently, is there any particular reason?

Alex: There really isn’t much to say. You know, the truth is I really don’t know, I don’t have the feel or the value of the information and more—

Zen: Are people interpreting it wrong?

Alex: No, I just think that, I really think that people just don’t care. There’s always a handful, but I just don’t know if people really care.

Zen: The 10% threshold limit might be a little bit harder to achieve then what you might have thought it would have five years ago.

Alex: Yes. The time, the effort, the expense of just trying to keep everyone informed, the bottom line is that, I don’t see the world changing for the better. The Andromedan information really stresses self-responsibility and I see very very few people actually trying to achieve that. There is a difference between knowledge and wisdom. I don’t think a lot of people really really grasp that. There are plenty of people who are very intellectual but are complete buffoons and are fools.. They have no idea what they’re doing, how they’re going to get there, or why they’re even here. People that are wise, are people that understand their present condition and they’ve learnt to manage themselves. Quite frankly I don’t see enough people doing anything about it, I don’t see them practicing the information, using it, and I guess for me it comes to a point, you know, does it really have any value any more?.. Is it just something that just a handful of us really care about?

Rick Keefe: Alex, can you begin to tell us a little about yourself and your background?

Alex Collier: Well, my background is varied. Like many other people have done a lot of different things. I’ve had accounting practices. I’ve owned commercial industrial businesses. Currently what I’m trying to do is finish three books and lecturing across southern California and the western states trying to get out information that I agreed to put out regarding the earth dilemma, the situation that we all face here. I apologize. I’m two years behind schedule. I was supposed to have started lecturing two years prior to this. I’ve really been out since October of ‘93. It’ll be almost a year. That’s currently what I’m trying to do, so a lot of my energy and focus has been going towards that.

Rick: Now you’re in contact with the Andromedans. Who exactly are the Andromedans?

Alex: They’re a particular race that exists in the constellation of Andromeda. They’re just one of thousands that exist out there. They are the particular race that I talked to and have had contact with and have given me and shared information with me, are human. They’re white skinned to light blue skinned, anywhere to four foot tall to eight feet tall, and they are human in every way.

Preface

I just recently wrote a piece for the October 2000 issue of UFO magazine on Vatican representative Rev. Monsignor Balducci who stresses the importance of witness testimony in investigations. Although I personally have never really seen anything or experienced CONTACT like even so many of my military witnesses have confessed to, I’d better take heed. In the past, most of my investigative journalistic efforts were of the concrete government/ military witnesses type or of a” nuts and Bolts’ scientific nature. They are people who were involved first hand like Colonel Philip Corso, Dr. Michael Wolf, Sgt. Major Robert O’Dean and Clifford Stone.

However, I am beginning to believe that we should begin to look at the whole picture from a different perspective as now many “experiencers” also are giving first hand accounts of this very paranormal Phenomenon. I believe some of these people are telling the TRUTH here.

In an effort to bring a more comprehensive approach here, I am including this unusual interview with Alex Collier.

This is an interesting lecture, if I say so myself. There is some very specific information in it. I am not going to pretend that I understand all of the things that are happening that I am going to be telling you about. I am learning, just like you about all of these things. Let me read you something:

“All of life strives to discover itself, and stretch its boundaries of self-awareness. Conscious life forms make decisions regarding their motivations. They also, at some point, create a vision of what will best serve their personal agendas or journey of growth.”

Tonight, I am going to share with you a probability of our solar system’s future, which also includes us here on earth. The universe is changing, evolving and creating right in front of us. Some of the changes have already occurred on our ninth, tenth, eleventh and our new twelfth density. According to the Andromedans,

A 1995 Alex Collier Lecture

The Greys made contact with a world governmental body for the first time in 1931. This was in Germany. The Greys were however turned away by the German government, because it had already committed itself to involvement with the Gizeh intelligence. Now, I don’t know if you know who Gizeh intelligence is, but I will tell you that it is a renegade group of human extraterrestrials that were headquartered under the Gizeh plateau in Egypt. They were predominantly Pleiadians at the time. Ashtar was part of that group, Kamagol was part of that group. Even Jehovah was part of that group for some time. They did their own thing. They came down here and “played God” with us, and people worshipped them as “Gods” because they had this technology. They abused their power. The Germans were, in the 1930’s, building rockets and starting a space program because of their contacts with extraterrestrials - the Gizeh intelligence.

OK. A brief overview. I have for 30 years been visited by and taken aboard craft by beings who live in the constellation of Andromeda. They are light blue in color. They look like the depiction on the wall over there, but they have no hair. They are awesome. They are a very healed race, and after thinking about it I think the reason they are so healed is because they have absolute mutual respect for everyone. They’ve said the only way we’re going to have a healed race is to have mutual respect for each other.

I realize that there is not a lot of that teaching going on any more in our world. I have had to look at the character of our race on earth, because I am blessed to be able to compare it to something else. Folks, we have a lot of work to do and a very short time in which to do it. A lot of things are going to start happening around February, March and April 1997. You know, I wish I could just tell you its all “love and light”, but that’s just not reality. We live in a duality here, and there are definitely some races that are screwing with us. I understand from talking with people here that you are being taught a lot of what to do. Self-sufficiency and self-preservation, and being totally self-responsible. It is imperative that what you know when you leave here you go home and teach, because this truth is not out there. It is one of the sadness’ that I have, because I have been shown some probable futures. A lot of people don’t make it. Two thirds of the people on the planet don’t make it in those probable scenarios, and I truly don’t want that to happen.

Hello everybody. It’s really an honor to be here. I thank all of you for being here. I have about an hour and a half, and there are a lot of things I want to share with you. I also have about 25 slides. Some of you have seen them. Most of you have probably not seen them. I have a lot to cover, so if you are interested in how this whole thing started for me, when I was eight years old, I would suggest that you consult Joe Peterson of Global Sciences, who has videos of other talks that I have done. Also, the Leading Edge Research Group has a lot of information posted on the web. I don’t want to burn up twenty minutes re-hashing that, because the time is very precious to me. I have very little time.

So, what I’d like to do is to just get into the information, and we’ll have some questions and answers at the end. All of you have seen this article (holds up newspaper), “Evidence of Life on Mars”. It’s quite a distraction, don’t you think? Such crap. They’ve known about it for a long time - the Egyptians even knew about it. It’s just more of the white wash and more of the lies, denying you your history and trying to take away your heritage. That’s really what this whole thing is about.

It is the start of One-ness that we would like to talk to you about and share with you. The vibratory rate of the universe is changing very fast, as compared to the rate of compulsory evolution. In your world, the rate of this vibratory rate will be measured by the frequency of the Earth. The effects of the new dimension were introduced in your year 1994, and it is affecting all physical material worlds regardless of their state or dimension.

The effects are changing all physical matter, including atoms, photons, hydrogen molecules and all matter in the eleven creational densities. It is important that this be explained or stated for those that will listen, for it will prove to be verified for those who waiver in doubt. All physical matter is going to change because all thought is changing. It is starting in all of us at a higher level in spiritual form, or what we would “coin” for your discernment, the One Mind.

As we told or spoke to you earlier, when we (first) recorded this new dimension, we explained to you that we were told (of it) by the Paa-tre, a race (consisting) of a single group-consciousness in what you could observe as the 9th density, that the frequency being emitted from the black holes is of one polarity. We now have more data that we can share and explain about its profound effects on all of us who are physical. We know not why this is happening, but (only) that it will change much of all of our lives and conscious experience in a short time.

This evening, the lecture will be on clones, weather modification and the creation of ourselves. It’s nice of you to come. It’s going to be, as Ed Sullivan would say, an action-packed evening.

Now, we’ve all heard of a world government. It’s not just a group of bankers and politicians. In order to have some teeth and to make the governments do want they want, and to be able to control and manipulate governments and world events, they have to have another organization. This organization, from what I have been told by Moraney, started originally in the CIA, shortly after it became the CIA in the 1950’s. This operation, which exists today, is called Operation Deep Freeze. The way it works is that members of the CIA, FBI, NSA, KGB and Mossad are “declared dead”, given false identities and put into active service in the capacity that they can go to any country, having total anonymity, do what they want and they can’t be touched. They are outside all laws. In 1988, according to Moraney, there were 12,310 of these people. Today, there are over 26,000 of them.

Hello, I’m Alex Collier. In the last 31 years I have been given so much information, that I would ask you to write down your questions, otherwise it may not be brought up. There are some positive aspects to the information, and there is some information that is not very positive. There is absolutely nothing we cannot resolve, if we stick together. What I mean by that is that we don’t turn on each other. To have us turn on each other is definitely something that they are trying to get us to do - to divide us. The problems in the world that we have on the government level are just a symptom of a much bigger problem. I believe it was Bill Cooper, much to his credit, who said several years ago - when you put the ET’s in the middle of this thing, it absolutely makes sense. He’s absolutely right. I am going to be presenting the Andromedan perspective as to what is going on, who we are, and some material about our past history They have comments about all of our history.

I want to thank all of you for coming here and allowing me the space to share this with you, so I don’t have to carry it any longer by myself. The purpose of the lectures is to inform you specifically of the extraterrestrial intervention in our development and the development of mankind. Mankind has been fascinated with Mars ever since time began. The story of Mars that has been shared with me by the Andromedans is both compelling and quite fascinating.

Unlike some of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, the moon of Earth and the planet Venus, Mars actually originated in our solar system. It is 6.1 billion years old, and its inner sun, which all planets have or had, is burned out. So, the inside is cold, dark and wet. The surface appears to be desolate, sandy and windy. However, Mars is changing, and it has been changing for the last 30 years. The Andromedans say that Mars is getting closer to the sun every three years, and the 200 mile-an-hour storms are becoming less and less frequent. Every year, the polar caps are showing more and more of a change of seasons.

Dear Friends,

We all have the greatest treasure to be found on any dimensional level. There are no fortunes on this earth that can be compared with it. The gift responds to all and any vibrations that you can create. It is the gift that each on of us was given at the creation. That gift is the breath of spirit, our connection to eternity. The breath of the Isness is to create ourselves.

I would like all of you to know that change is imminent. What those changes are we can create, or uncreate. Disaster does not have to occur. We do not have to self-fulfill an ancient prophecy or belief system, but WE must take self-responsibility for the change and the creation of our selves. Friends, the Andromedans have said that everything in our world and the rest of the universe is a belief system. What we see around us is here because we believe we need it here. And, outside of the manipulation of some of the ET’s that have been violating our free will space, our world and the problems it has are the result of our actions as a race. Real love for self creates trust and knowledge. Trust and knowledge dispels fear and where fear does not live inside a soul, there is no longer a need to build a self-imposed prison inside ones own heart. Our spirit is free to express itself and to create unconditional responsibility. There is no real division, I’m told by Vasais, between spirit and matter. All things of matter respond to spirit, and all spirit responds to matter. We are all here on Earth to build our character, and it is the way that we face our problems that creates our character. That develops Who and What we are and builds what is inside us and that is spirit.
