When our attention comes to be placed upon what others are saying about one thing or another we tend to become introverted in our own ways and means of ‘figure-figure’, of placing too high an importance upon figuring things out. This is, of course, a problem we sometimes embrace. Conflict creates interest, it captures attention among other things. But this route to madness is not applicable here. Here, attention is not placed upon furthering our own ends but of recapturing the flag of our own demise, not of ensuring it’s continuation.
