Why Is This Web Site Here? |
|
05 Dec 2002
The Free Zone America web page is here to further the purposes and intents as outlined in the "Free Zone Decree" and "The Non-Interference Decree". Yes, this could be considered to be 'space opera' material, but when an individual's awareness level increases to sufficient levels, the spiritual backdrop comes to mean very little. Today, what is being used as a guiding principal in increasing the awareness level of not just some specific individual, but an ENTIRE planet, is the concept of a 'Free Zone'.
A ZONE, or area, where spiritual awareness may be pursued FREE of outside or disruptive forces.
This is what you will find here at fza.org.
This web site is geared towards the advanced student of spiritual philosophy, but even the tentative spiritual student may find their explorations here rewarding. Young or old, advanced or initiate, spiritual insight and awareness is open and available to all.
All you have to do is want it.

There are two, yes, TWO versions of the Free Zone. One is the original idea as set forth by Captain 'Bill' Robertson and the other is an altered version as set forth, supposedly by 'public opinion', but in actual fact by a handful of individuals whose businesses rely on that alteration. Here is a definition of both versions:
Free Zone : Based upon the Free Zone Decree, it is an area where evil organizations and implanters are NOT welcome to interfere in the affairs of those within that area. The Free Zone is an area free of evil influences where spiritual growth may continue, unencumbered by counter intention.
'FreeZone' : This is a 'loosely' organized group of individuals who practice Scientology in various altered forms as well as practicing totally off-beat practices. In it's demonstration of alteration, the spelling of this term is sometimes used as "Free Zone" in an attempt at creating confusion in order to further the various agendas involved. Those that fall within this definition sometimes refer to themselves as 'FreeZoners' or "Independents".
Any time you see the term 'Free Zone' in quote marks, whatever way it may be spelled, it will refer to the second definition - those who belong to the 'loosely' organized group of people who accept and practice altered Scientology.
Without the quote marks, the term Free Zone will refer to the first definition:
A ZONE, or area, where spiritual awareness may be examined,
FREE of outside or disruptive forces

Free Zone America has been on the Internet for over five years providing pathways in the furtherance of spiritual growth. It's purpose is devoted to the study and research in spiritual development. Yes, "in" not "of". There is a big difference.
Spiritual development requires a knowingness that goes beyond the idea of being a body and living the mortal dream.
It's time to wake up.
FZA is a place for study and research. It's a place for serious study and research and all the 'FreeZone' data that has always been available on this site will continue to be available - in the 'FreeZone' Reference Library. Most of the literature in that library is questionable, but from a research and study standpoint you may find some very interesting insights.

A Look Back |
Time has a way of winding it's way down whatever road you take. For a kick, check out the first web page of FZA from way back in 1997. (Some of the page links are active, while others are not.)

How FZA.ORG Got It's Name |
In 1997, after reading 'Excalibur Revisited', "Super Scio' and the Freie Zone e.V. web site, I decided to create a web page based on the concept of the Free Zone. There were no Free Zone web pages in the United States at that time and so, using a derivative of the freezone.org domain name, I created fza.org, using the abbreviation 'FZA' for Free Zone America. I liked having the domain name short which made it easy to remember (and type) for those who would make their way to the web pages.
Initially, Free Zone America appeared under my user account at the local ISP, and shortly thereafter was moved to my user account at zippo.com (which is now called newsguy.com). A few weeks later, I created the FZA.ORG domain name and made the move once again.
FZA has always been independent and free of outside influences. This changed for a time when webmaster duties were assigned to an outside individual who allowed extemporaneous influences to infiltrate FZA. Once this hidden agenda was exposed, webmaster duties were once again resumed by Paul Misiunas.
FZA now continues to remain completely free of outside influences and whole-heartedly dedicated to the concepts and ideals of the Free Zone.
