We envision FZA as being a place where people travel to, to get to somewhere else. A place where real help can
be attained without a specific viewpoint being required.

Who Is Behind FZA?
|
|
You have probably seen, at various places on this web site,
the use of 'us' in referring to those behind the FreeZone America site. Let me fill you in on who is responsible.
There is only ONE person responsible for the FZA site. Me. I just like the sound of 'us' instead of 'I'.
Ok, so who is the "I' behind FZA? He is none other than Paul Misiunas. You can find me at: misiunas@fza.org.

Why Was FZA Created?
|

FZA came about as a result of several events that occurred
relatively simultaneously. I had just completed the last of the L's (L10 for me) with a Free Zone auditor, I had
completed the last chapter of the Pilot's "Super Scio", and I had a desire to learn how to create web
pages.
Out of it all came the first FreeZone America web page. Compared to today's web format, that first web page was
very 'elementary', but it was the start of a process that would have great rewards. But that is another story.
If one of the above three events had not occurred, FZA would not have come about. L10, which resides on the 'Do'
part of the 'Be, Do, Have' scale, provided the impetus for my action. Super Scio provided the excitement. Without
this book being introduced, the usual plate of leftovers, was all that was available on the Internet. This book
broke new ground in many ways. Lastly, my desire to learn how to construct a web page gave me the medium in which
to express my excitement of Super Scio.
My initial belief was that FZA would be for other people's benefit, not my own. That it would be a place where
others could go to learn, to exchange ideas and to get data that they could use to continue their own spiritual
advancement. That has come to pass to some degree, but my personal reasons for FZA were much more selfish than
that.
As I progress spiritually, my reason for continuing the existence of FZA has progressed as well. In other words,
it's purpose changes to suit my changing purposes.
One of these purposes has been to get into communication with awake beings.
This purpose has been reflected in the amount of interactivity that I have encouraged on the site. From guest books
to classifieds to book reviews to discussion forums. I have used whatever method that has been available to me
to encourage communication. Has it worked? To some degree, yes. I can report that I have indeed established communication
lines with some awake beings. I can also report that I have noticed that the number of awake beings is not as great
as I had first thought.
Currently, the purpose for FZA is changing once again. It seems to be going in a direction that will contain more
of my own personal involvement with spiritual experiences, insights, and opinions. It can be evidenced by this
new 'why' section on this page.
It will be interesting to see how this new purpose will affect FZA.
In the meanwhile, I encourage you to get whatever you can out of FZA, for whatever purpose. If you are here, then
you must share, to some degree, my view of the philosophy, and maybe the technology, of spiritual advancement.

are always welcome. Donations must be made to Paul Misiunas at the above address. It's possible that in time, FZA
will be incorporated as a non-profit organization, but until then, please make donations to the above individual.
Currently, donations are used to offset the cost of our web host provider. You may earmark your donation otherwise.
