 Engaging In Self Sacrifice
Tue, 19th Jul 2005 00:33
Sacrifice is the giving up of something to that which is far greater than our selves. When we sacrifice our selves we are, in effect, giving the entirety of our egotistical existence up to that which has a consciousness/awareness far above our own perceived corner of the universe. This is the same as proclaiming that we are intent in killing our egotistical nature for the benefit of touching the All-mighty.

You see, a duality can not exist when we are in complete harmony with that which supersedes all and through whatever device we may use to clarify It's name, all fall far short of fruition and so It's name shall remain Nameless. To do otherwise is but to encourage our own selfish desires to identify and classify our perception. When we identify with our perception we create our world and so move away from the Heart.

 Living In A Dark Age
Sun, 26th Jun 2005 21:57
Darkness, that nefarious villain of yore, tends to envelop the unwary and to consume the lazy. When we move away from ourselves, we become very lazy indeed so is it any wonder that we are living in a time of Darkness right now and are trying desperately to get out?

In the land of the free, we are bound, gagged and chained. There is no freedom but in thought, for in fear we are more than conquered, we are subdued and enslaved. Freedom becomes whatever it is that we are told. The lazy have no voice, no say in their life of destitution and regret. When we are away from home we become subject to the rules and regulation of whoever's home turf we have haphazardly stumbled into.

 There Is No Going Back
Wed, 8th Jun 2005 08:33
Walking and waiting in the wind, we tend to catch hold of every leaf that blows by. Whether through chance or fate we catch hold and fly like the wind. After a time, we find ourselves to be quite removed from where we started, but then, another leaf catches our eye...

Engaged as we are in other matters who could ever find the time to just be still, even for a fleeting moment. Stillness is not a product of the wind and so we shutter at the thought of even trying. Where is the peace that is ever promised to us? Which leaf upon the breeze contains it? Is it a matter of choosing wisely or is this too beyond our control?

 We Do Have A Choice
Wed, 25th May 2005 23:54
In this world of imploded imagery, ideas rule the roost. Thinking makes it so.

Lost in a world of imaginings and desire the selfish leave no stone unturned in their quest of having it all. Endlessly searching, debating and opinionating, all comes to naught as freedom ever remains a hollow and shallow victory. There is no thing outside our selves which will free our selves from our selves. Facing the unfathomable, we tend to quiver in fright and slowly back away from Reality. Our reality must not be interfered with and must survival at all costs.

 Bodily Confusion
Mon, 23rd May 2005 03:44
Confusing ourselves with the body, we tend to let physicality dominate our lives and our loves. Once we subvert our nature our efforts come to be directed toward leading a comfortable and safe life. We must care and attend to the body and it's needs or else feel the pain of neglect. Often, we feel the pain anyway, but fooling ourselves was never considered to be a sign of high intelligence.

The closer we hold onto the body, the harder we defend it. Almost the entirety of this planet's inhabitants succumb to it and so leaving it behind is no laughing matter. No laughing matter at all.
